Whether your idea of a great vacaion is lounging by the pool, or keeping on the go, Ocean Homes will fill the bill! Large oceanfront pool with jacuzzi for 30 people, private beach area for Ocean Home guests. Rooftop garden provides spectacular views in all directions. Located 15 minutes south of the sirport, right between Playa Del Carmen and Cancun is our village by the sea!

King-size bedroom suite overlooks the ocean and the queen-sized bedroom suite overlooks the jungle sunset. A full size sofa-futon in the living area provides additional sleeping space and 2.5 baths assures comfort for all guests. We have tried to think of t elittle things that make a stay more comfortable, like coolers to take to the beach, sand chairs to use on the roof, or the beach. Comfortable lounge chairs around the enormous pool. Cable TV, Plasma screen wireless broadband internet, and a fancy corkscrew! What else do you need? One owner lives and works in Puerto Morelos so we can provide you with local information, and answer all questions during your stay, and pont you in the correct direction to help you with tour selection as well. We do not accept any comissins for referrals so you know when we tell you it is the best place, we really mean it as we have nothing to gain! Except your repeat business! Condo rental requires a free spirit that is not afraid to step out from the all-inclusive hotels and feel the real Riviera Maya culture.


Our vacation home is equipped with all of the amenities we as owners want during our stay. Full kitchen has various cooking options, crockpot, blender, microwave, full oven. Sometimes it’s great to be able to make a few meals in, and in one shopping trip to Cancun to Sam’s Club, Walmart, Costco, or Chedraui, you can enjoy the spectacular view from your third floor balcony, while dining in! Or within a five minute walk there are numerous top notch restauants.




Not only is the pool spectacular, the pristine beach is right there as well. Located in the quiet residential part of the village. Bring your family,sleeps 6 including futon, also excellent for 2 couples. Includes maid service twice per week, optional days available upon request. Now this is paradise!
